StudLets wanted to reduce their admin costs and increase office efficiency through automating the inventory/check-in and check-out process. Dictaphones and typing had to make way to new technologies. Over the past year we have worked with iSurvey to develop their property inventory software product using real scenarios and time-in-motion exercises. The software is a web application built using the very latest Windows Mobile technology. The process of completing an inventory/check in and check out report manually is very labour intensive. Since the implementation of iSurvey, we have saved 30% in staff time plus associated office costs. Access to this new technology has allowed our staff to provide additional services to our clients and make the business more profitable.
